Finding the Right Tenders

This happens in one of two ways:

Option A: We Find Tenders For You (Tender Search Service)
  • We check major portals daily based on your profile
  • Filter opportunities that match your business
  • Send you curated alerts via WhatsApp/email
  • You review and tell us which ones to pursue
Option B: You Find & Send Us Tenders
  • You spot an opportunity on GeM, CPPP, or anywhere else
  • Just forward the tender document or portal link to us
  • We take it from there

Many clients use both: We send regular alerts AND they forward specific tenders they find.

What Happens (for both options):

  • We review the entire tender document
  • Check if you're eligible
  • Assess the complexity and timeline
  • Tell you upfront what it'll cost and how long it'll take

Our Promise: If we think the tender isn't right for you, we'll say so. We're not here to waste your money.

We Get to Work

  • We request any specific documents we need from you
  • Our team prepares all the documentation

Your Involvement: Minimal. Maybe we'll ask for some clarifications. Otherwise, we've got it covered.

  • We share the complete bid package with you
  • You review everything at your pace
  • Want changes? We make them
  • Happy? You give us the green light

Our Promise: We NEVER submit without your approval. This is your bid, and you get final say.

We Submit

  • We upload everything to the portal
  • Apply your digital signature
  • Double-check all documents are in place
  • Hit submit (with sweaty palms every time—we're human!)
  • Get confirmation and send you screenshots

Your Involvement: Zero. Sit back and relax.

We Don't Disappear

What Happens After Submission:

  • We track the tender status
  • Monitor for any clarifications or corrigendum
  • Attend pre-bid meetings if needed
  • Keep you updated on bid opening
  • Let you know the results as soon as they're out
